Vince Carnovale has been a licensed
automotive technician since 1983. He has had 9 years of
experience working in the CAA's Vehicle Inspection Centre,
providing objective, unbiased and detailed opinions
regarding the overall condition of vehicles. While at the
Inspection Centre, Vince also worked hand-in-hand with the
Consumer Public Relations Bureau and Metro Toronto Police
Fraud Squad, helping uncover fraudulent vehicle repair
work.
After CAA closed it’s Inspection Centre in 1991, Vince
continued to have the urge to provide unbiased vehicle
inspections to the public. Having been in the automotive
industry for many years, Vince was aware that often a
conflict of interest existed when a vehicle inspection was
conducted at a facility that also offered repairs.
On June 4, 2002, he and his partner, Sylvia Edwards,
opened Priority Plus Inspection Centres. Priority Plus is
a facility that provides detailed vehicle inspections to
the consumer. Priority Plus is proud to report that it is
approved by APA (Automobile Protection Association)
as an unbiased Vehicle Inspection Station.

The purpose of our business is to provide high-quality,
objective and unbiased vehicle inspections to the consumer
in a professional and timely manner.
Service Information
- Priority Plus is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am
– 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:30 am – 1 pm.
- Summer
hours are from May 1 - September 30. Friday 8:30am -
3:00pm. Saturdays Closed.
- Appointments are available on Tuesday
evenings until 7:00 pm, providing they are booked in
advance.
- Customers are required to book an appointment in
order to maintain efficiency of service.
- Payment for service can be made by cash, credit
card, corporate cheque or debit card. Personal cheques
are not accepted. Third party invoicing is available to
corporate accounts.
